Quick Growing Turf
This variety has a coarse texture and retains its colour during Australian winters. Sir Walter Buffalo prefers temperatures between 20°C and 30°C and is great in high-humidity areas. It can survive normal frosts and will not yellow when temperatures drop. With deep roots, Sir Walter Buffalo can grow under trees. Being a quick growing grass, this variety needs regular mowing to maintain control.
